Boards are manufactured from Sibral fireproof aluminosilicate fibres, produced by the melting of very pure raw materials followed by fibre forming of molten materials in a spinning process. Fibres formed by this procedure are chopped into suitable lengths. After the addition of suitable binders, the mixture is vacuum processed into boards. These boards can be manufactured using two basic fibre types:
STANDARD - up to 1260 oC, SUPER - up to 1430 oC. |
